Our Rooms

We offer one double and one twin-bedded B & B room. The two en-suite bathrooms are well-equipped, one with a shower and the other with a bath plus shower attachment. Basins, loos, heated towel rails and shaver points are provided in both bathrooms. Both rooms offer:

Central heating, which can be individually controlled
Freeview television
Disabled access. There is one step into each of the bedrooms. There are 3 steps into the house where breakfast is served.
Hairdryers, hot water bottles, extra blankets and pillows
Hospitality trays (tea, coffee, etc)
An iron and ironing board will be made available to guests upon request

Please note that both rooms are non-smoking

Prices & Booking

Our rooms are priced at £40.00 per person per night for 2 or more nights. For one night the price is £45.00 per person per night.
Single occupancy supplement is £15.00 per night.
To confirm your reservation we ask for 25% deposit payable by cheque.
In the event of cancellation, we will try our best to re-let the room, but if we cannot re-let the room, the following charges apply:
- For cancellations up to 7 days before your booking, a full refund of your deposit will be made
- For cancellations up to 48 hours before your booking, we will retain your deposit
- For cancellations less than 48 hours before your booking, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the booking.
From April until October we only take 2 night bookings over weekends (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun)

Arrival

Please let us know when you plan to arrive. Check in is normally after 4pm unless by prior arrangement.
Tea and coffee are offered on arrival
We are happy to assist you with carrying your luggage to the room(s)
There is ample on-site parking adjacent to the accommodation.

Croft Farm has a large parking area for your vehicle

Thank you for two lovely relaxing nights - it is so peaceful here - a welcome break from city hustle and bustle for us! Excellent breakfasts prepared by the men of the house. We loved Dorset cereals and the homemade marmalade especially. We'd be very happy to come again and do some more walking in this part of the world.
